2/28/08 Got me a cool little parlor sized wood res-o-nator geetar from Republic Guitars yesterday. The cone was smashed (but the biscuit was ok) but Frank is sending me out a new one (nice guy) anyhow I took it apart and bent the cone back into shape and played it for about 3 hours last night and I gotta say this thing sounds really cool! It has some cool old blues mojo going on. The new cone and a taller nut will make it really killer for slide. I can't wait to start recording with this thing. www.republicguitars.com

Lisa and I have recently changed our political party affilliations.

Lisa is now with the Birthday Party and I am with the Keg Party. (Those 2 go hand in hand don't they?)

Good, bad, ugly...you can care less...say what you will but I finally built my own damn website. Hopefully you'll visit from time to time and see what type of rants (or raves?) we might have to say. Drink some California wine dammit!

2/12/08 ....surfing.... Of al of the board sports its by far the one that I appreciate the most. (Charlie, I meab Tony don't surf) I can only imagine that there fewer greater feelings (other than seeing my son being born) than surfing. Surfing is what inspires my surf, spaghetti western QT like music.
